This Privacy Policy explains how Be Free Ice Cream ("Be Free," "we," "us") collects and uses information when you visit our website, sign up for updates, contact us, or place an order. • Information you give us. When you join our email list or submit a retailer request, we collect details such as your name, email address, and the city, state, and retailer you tell us about.
• Order information. If you buy merch, your order and payment are processed through Shopify, which collects the information needed to fulfill your purchase.
• Usage information. Like most websites, we automatically collect basic technical and usage data (such as pages viewed and general device/browser information) through cookies and similar technologies.

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it. This includes Google Analytics (GA4) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which help us measure traffic and the performance of our marketing. Google Analytics measures site traffic. The Meta Pixel loads only after you accept advertising cookies and measures page views, product views, and successful cart additions. Rejecting advertising cookies does not prevent shopping. These tools may process limited information about your visit.

• To send you updates about new flavors, retail availability, and offers (when you opt in).
• To respond to retailer requests and prioritize where we launch next.
• To process and fulfill merch orders.
• To measure and improve our website and marketing.

• Klaviyo — email signups and marketing communications.
• Shopify — merch storefront, checkout, and order processing.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — website traffic measurement.
• Meta Pixel — advertising measurement and optimization.

• Email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
• Advertising cookies. Accept or reject advertising cookies in the notice, or use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice anytime. Rejecting stops future Meta tracking and clears this site's Meta advertising cookies. It cannot undo events already sent. Your choice is saved in this browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Analytics opt-out. You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and adjust your ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

Our website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above.
